• BARC is run by volunteers and depends on donations. Every dollar goes directly to support the dogs.

BARC Needs You

Help us raise funds while helping the environment. Recycling empty printer cartridges and old cell phones eliminates non-biodegradable plastics and metals from entering our landfills. BARC has printer cartridge and used cell phone donation boxes available for you to place at your employer or any business. Please help by displaying a box at your workplace. Take Action

  A New Beginning

Foster dogs can't have a new beginning, but with your help they can get the help that they need to have a new ending. BARC has helped over 300 dogs find new homes! We need your help to continue to do so. If you have the desire to help, a soft spot for a dog to sleep and a hand and heart to show a discarded dog some much needed love, please contact us. Fostering a dog is truly saving a life.

Dogs Available for Adoption

BARC does not have a shelter; all dogs are fostered in our volunteers’ homes or in a paid boarding facility when no foster homes are available. BARC cannot guarantee you will get the dog you request as our decisions for adopters are based on a match between the adopters’ wants and current situation, and the dog’s personality and needs. If you would like to adopt one of our dogs, please visit our "How to Adopt" page and submit an adoption application today!
