Kramer is a very handsome beagle with classic beagle traits.  He loves to go for walks and knows some basic commands.  He has a strong personality and would like to be the boss.  In foster care he has learned that humans are the pack leaders and that his place is as a dog (but a dog with much love and some special privileges!)  He's full of personality and will add life and love to any home.
