Hi, my name is Chase and I am a 5 1/2 year old Beagle. I am not your typical beagle in the sense that if I am outside I will run away from a rabbit -- but I do run very fast. I am an inside dog but I do all my business outside (if you know what I mean). I can be left alone in the house and I will be a good boy -- so you don't have to worry about your prize possessions. I like to do
tricks and I do listen to commands most of the time. I like to shake hands, sit up pretty, give hugs and catch treats in mid air but don't ask me to roll over 'cause I can't pull that one off. I am good with grown ups but small children make me nervous and I really should be the only dog in the house 'cause I am the boss and I don't like to play with feisty dogs. I have a little separation anxiety and I don't like you to leave but when you do it's OK, I will be happy to see you when you get home. I can get aggressive
when it comes to rawhide bones and other chew bones so it is best not to give me those unless I am alone and away from others until I am done. My owner loves me very much but she can't keep me, so please I am looking for a good home
where I will be loved and I would very much like to meet you.
